In mid 2013 Ramsay Property Group acquired 42 townhouses and villas in the established suburb of Mt Hawthorn, 5 km north of the Perth CBD, in joint venture with an experienced Perth development group. Using our experience in undertaking similar projects, together with our joint venture partner’s local knowledge and expertise, the aim is to deliver superior residential living, close to transport and the CBD, at an affordable price point. The project was 100% sold within six months of release.
