The Windale properties were acquired in late 2011 from Housing NSW and involves the acquisition, refurbishment and sale of 60 townhouses and villas in Windale.
The project is ideally located in the suburb of Windale with easy access to the Pacific Highway and Australia’s largest coastal salt water body, Lake Macquarie. The properties are minutes away from local shops and a major shopping centre, as well as parks and the vibrant town centres of Belmont, Charlestown and Newcastle.
The first stage of the refurbished development was offered to the market in early 2012 and was sold out. The second stage has been offered to the market in July and has been sold out. The final stage was offered to the market in 2013 and was sold out soon thereafter. The development is now 100% sold.
