The 25a Lonsdale Street development involved the acquisition of 16 spacious townhouses and villas in the western suburbs of Sydney in 2010.
The townhouses, located in a secure and landscaped cul-de-sac are ideally situated near the St Mary’s neighbourhood, retail precinct, numerous schools and parks. The townhouses were originally built about 25 years ago, were rundown and both the grounds and interiors in need of refurbishment.
Ramsay Property Group refurbished the property to a new standard and offered it to the market in 2011 as an affordable, well presented residential investment. The project was sold out in six months.
